The Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Laborers International Union of North America is a national agreement and affords Red Hill Service Company the use of 25 training facilities throughout the country including Azusa, Sacramento, Las Vegas and Phoenix. This provides the platform to re-train existing labor to self perform in the following areas:

When Red Hill Service Company contracts to inspect an REO Property, the Red Hill Service Company Scheduling Department, will enter the homes primary information directly into the Red Hill Service Company Real-Time REO Software System. Immediately the software will dispatch, a Red Hill Service Company Field Supervisor, who reports directly to the home, and with the use of a Pocket PC, proceeds to conduct an extensive checklist of the property. This extensive checklist assesses both the visual appearance of the home, and its mechanical integrity. Upon completion of the checklist, the information immediately downloads directly to the Red Hill Service Company’s Estimating Department. After the estimate is complete, Red Hill Service Company will submit the estimate for approval. From “ Inspection to Price in Hand” and all in twenty four to thirty six hours…now that is real time scheduling!
